Have you ever wondered how God the Father looks at you?

Driving down the highway during an off-peak period, I was caught off guard when the vehicles ahead of me began to slow down. I assumed there must have been an accident, only to realise that the police were conducting a traffic check.
Almost immediately, thoughts began to race through my mind: “Did I bring my driver’s licence?” “Is my car’s road tax up to date?” My heart started pounding, and I felt nervous and uneasy.
While I was still some distance away from the checkpoint, I checked my licence and road tax—both were valid. Instantly, I felt myself calmed down. Then I paused and asked myself, “Why was I nervous in the first place?” It was as if I did something wrong.
This experience reminded me of my journey with the Lord. How often do I forget my identity as a daughter of our Heavenly Father? How easily I forget that I belong to Him—One who is always present, always loving. When this happens, I normally finds myself restless, anxious, aimless. It takes moments in my daily life to pause and remember who I am and whose I am. This helps me to be grounded and focused.
Here at the Mission Office (Sacred Heart Parish Centre G4), we create a safe space for you to listen, discover, and experience a personal encounter with a God who is fully alive and deeply in love with you.
